You can request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order — no hassle.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note:
We can’t accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed supplement bottles
  • Gift cards
  • Health or personal care items that have been opened
  • Flammable or perishable goods
  • Final-sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our team at info@naturevelle.com.
  2. We’ll reply with clear return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Please wait for our confirmation before sending your product — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We happily replace items if they’re damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@naturevelle.com with a brief description and photo, and we’ll sort it out quickly.

International Orders

If you’re ordering from outside the United States, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless your product arrived defective or incorrect.
Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your package is undeliverable or refused at delivery, a small restocking fee may apply.

Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary.
